Layered Chocolate Pudding with Caramelized Bananas
Provided by Wildtree from Warwick, RI

2 cups half and half
1 bag Wildtree Old Fashioned Vanilla Pudding
2 tablespoons Wildtree Chocolate Lover鈥檚 Syrup
1 banana, sliced
1 tablespoon butter
1 陆 tablespoons toasted shredded coconut

Pour 1 cup half & half into a small sauce pan and heat on medium-high. Whisk the vanilla pudding into the cold 1 cup half & half. When the half & half in the saucepan is bubbling, pour in the hydrated vanilla pudding mix and turn the heat to high. Stir constantly until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Set aside 戮 cup of the prepared pudding. To the remaining pudding add the Chocolate Lover鈥檚 Syrup and stir until completely combined. Divide the chocolate pudding among 4 serving bowls. Tap the bowls or use a spoon to spread in an even layer. Top the chocolate pudding with the reserved vanilla pudding, dividing among all 4 bowls. Again use a spoon to spread in an even layer if necessary. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Right before serving caramelize the bananas. To do so, melt the butter in a nonstick skillet over medium to high heat. Add the sliced bananas and saut茅 for about 1 minute per side or until golden brown and sort of crisp. Remove from pan. Divide the bananas among the 4 serving bowls and top with the toasted coconut.

Berry Lemonade Pie
Provided by Wildtree from Warwick, RI
12 ounces raspberry
12 ounces blueberries
3 tablespoons Wildtree Old Fashioned Lemonade
1 box prepared pie dough (2 crusts)

Preheat oven to 370 degrees F. In a large bowl combine the raspberries, blueberries, and Lemonade Mix. Unroll the prepared pie dough into a pie pan and press firmly into the bottom and sides. Use a fork to poke a few holes in the bottom of the pie dough. Fill with the berry mixture. Roll the second pie dough over the top of the pie. Use your fingers to press the two crusts together. Brush the top crust with a beaten egg; cut three or four 1 inch slits in the middle of the top crust to allow steam to escape. Bake the pie at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling. Serve warm or chilled.

Hello all, today’s recipe spotlight is a no-bake cheesecake using Wildtree’s Strawberry Cheesecake Blend! A client of mine recently made this, she just added strawberries on top… can you say awesome?! If you don’t have a graham cracker pie crust, you can use the blend as a fruit dip (or just eat it from the bowl – yum-O!). The recipe is as follows:

No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake
Provided by Wildtree
2 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon Wildtree Strawberry Cheesecake Blend
2 (8 ounce) blocks of cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) container of whipped topping
1 graham cracker pie crust

Combine the whipped topping, cream cheese, and Cheesecake Blend and mix until fully incorporated. Use a hand mixer for a lighter, fluffier end product. Fill the graham cracker crust with cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
