Hello all, today’s recipe spotlight is a no-bake cheesecake using Wildtree’s Strawberry Cheesecake Blend! A client of mine recently made this, she just added strawberries on top… can you say awesome?! If you don’t have a graham cracker pie crust, you can use the blend as a fruit dip (or just eat it from the bowl – yum-O!). The recipe is as follows:

No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake
Provided by Wildtree
2 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon Wildtree Strawberry Cheesecake Blend
2 (8 ounce) blocks of cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) container of whipped topping
1 graham cracker pie crust


Combine the whipped topping, cream cheese, and Cheesecake Blend and mix until fully incorporated. Use a hand mixer for a lighter, fluffier end product. Fill the graham cracker crust with cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
