Here’s a great and tasty recipe to celebrate the Fourth of July!! More fun holiday recipes to come! 馃檪

All American Pizza

SERVINGS: 12

INGREDIENTS:
1 bag Wildtree So Quick & Easy Pizza Dough, prepared according to package directions
8 ounce container mascarpone
1/2 cup whipped topping
1 1/2 tablespoons Wildtree Lemon Lime Cheesecake Blend
4 large strawberries, diced
1/2 cup blueberries

PREPARATION:
In a mixing bowl whip together the mascarpone, whipped topping, and Lemon Lime Cheesecake. Once the cooked pizza dough has cooled, spread the Lemon Lime Cheesecake mixture in an even layer over the entire dough. Lay the fruit on the pizza to resemble the US flag.

Tzatziki Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 tablespoon Wildtree Tzatziki Seasoning Blend
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
2 pita, halved
4 leaves romaine lettuce
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sprouts

PREPARATION:
In a bowl combine the yogurt and Tzatziki Seasoning. Fold in the cubed chicken. Lay one leaf of lettuce in each pita half, top with slices of cucumber, 1/4 the amount of chicken salad, and top with sprouts.

Today’s Product Spotlight is Wildtree’s Old Fashioned Lemonade! The great thing about this lemonade mix is that you can use it for more than just a great summertime drink! Below is a video showing how to make a great pie with the mix. Happy Eating! 馃檪

Here’s the recipe for this tasty pie!

Berry Lemonade Pie
Provided by Wildtree from Warwick, RI
SERVINGS: 8
INGREDIENTS:
12 ounces raspberry
12 ounces blueberries
3 tablespoons Wildtree Old Fashioned Lemonade
1 box prepared pie dough (2 crusts)

Preheat oven to 370 degrees F. In a large bowl combine the raspberries, blueberries, and Lemonade Mix. Unroll the prepared pie dough into a pie pan and press firmly into the bottom and sides. Use a fork to poke a few holes in the bottom of the pie dough. Fill with the berry mixture. Roll the second pie dough over the top of the pie. Use your fingers to press the two crusts together. Brush the top crust with a beaten egg; cut three or four 1 inch slits in the middle of the top crust to allow steam to escape. Bake the pie at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling. Serve warm or chilled.

For those of you who want a meal without meat, try this lovely “burger” using chickpeas!!! Here’s the recipe:

Fajita Chickpea Burgers
Provided by Wildtree Herbs from Warwick, RI
SERVINGS: 4
INGREDIENTS:

6 ounces low-fat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon Wildtree Chipotle Lime Rub
14.5 ounce can chickpeas, rinsed and dried
1 1/2 teaspoons Wildtree Fajita Seasoning
1/4 finely diced red onion
1 egg beaten
1 tablespoon bread crumbs
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
4 hamburger buns
1/3 cup roasted red peppers
1 cup lettuce or spring mix

PREPARATION:

Preheat oven to 350掳F. In a small bowl, combine the yogurt and Wildtree Chipotle Lime Rub; set aside (there will be plenty extra). In a food processor, or medium-sized bowl, puree or mash the chickpeas. Add the Wildtree Fajita Seasoning, red onion, egg, breadcrumbs, and parsley. Portion the mixture into 4 equal burgers and place on a parchment lined or lightly greased sheet pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until an internal temperature of 145掳F is reached. Serve burgers on toasted buns with lettuce, roasted red pepper and chipotle sauce.
